A. Refueling at a public natural gas station takes about the same amount of time as filling a traditional vehicle at a regular gas station. Home fueling appliances have a compressor and fueling equipment that usually involve a time-fill over an extended period of six to eight hours.
Q. What is the natural gas rate for a personal vehicle?
A. The rate for a personal vehicle is dependent upon the total residential therm usage of all the natural gas appliances in your home.
Q. Will I see a separate line item on my bill for vehicle fueling?
A. No. Most utilities within the FNGA do not install a separate meter to collect this data.

A. This depends on several factors, including the retail price of the appliance, installation costs, natural gas availability, where the unit is placed, and more. Contact a qualified natural gas installer for an estimate.
