Competition Rules

Entry must contain the use of natural gas. The 2012 winning entry cannot be submitted for this year's competition. Judges consist of two FNGA Marketing Committee Representatives. Winner will be chosen based on the most creative overall building design enhanced by the most relevant use of natural gas—along with merits of style, function and ingenuity. We will select a winner before the AIA 2013 Annual Convention held on August 8-10, 2013 and notify via email. The winner will be announced publicly at the convention and will receive a $500 American Express Gift Card, an engraved plaque that will be displayed at the FNGA booth during the show, and an advertorial featured in the 2013 Winter Edition of the Florida/Caribbean Architect magazine (written by MTN Advertising (mtninc.com) and approved by the submitting architect's firm before placement). All entry photos will be featured on a rotating basis on this page and on-screen at the FNGA booth during the AIA Annual Convention. Accepting entries now through 7/15/13. Competitors do not have to be present at the AIA Annual Convention to win.
