Tallahassee, FL, March 17, 2010: As commercial kitchen technology evolves and performance standards increase, the FNGA is showing those within the foodservice industry new ways to speed up, green up—and achieve the right energy mix. Hosted by Manitowoc on April 8th, FNGA’s 2010 Foodservice Event is open to Florida vendors, consultants, and end-users who want to learn about new gas equipment and stay on top of their field.
Presentation topics include:

- Innovative kitchen designs
- Cooking demonstrations
- New gas equipment technologies
- Tips for higher energy efficiency and more

The Florida Natural Gas Association (FNGA
